Dr. Katie Kralik grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from the veterinary school at Iowa State University in 2012, after which she moved out west to be near the mountains and ocean. She and her husband share a small parcel of land in the forest with their 5 dogs and 4 cats, as well as a group of farm animals including goats, pigs, llamas, and a variety of poultry. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, eating good food, and wine tasting. Dr. Kralik loves spending her days helping animals and their people live their best lives together by keeping pets healthy.


Dr Megan Conrad was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from Oregon State University in 2009 with a degree in biology and completed her veterinary degree at the University of Glasgow in 2014.
Dr Conrad’s primary professional interests are chronic arthritis and pain management, alternative medicine and feline medicine. She strives to achieve the balance of preserving the human animal bond and providing the best care possible.
Dr. Conrad is a certified veterinary first responder, feline friendly practitioner through the FelineVMA, and completed her certification in the science of the Human Animal Bond through the Human Animal Bond Research Institute. She and her dog Archie are also a certified therapy team through Dove Lewis Canine Therapy Teams.
In her spare time Dr. Conrad enjoys playing piano, singing with her local choir and spending time with her family. She and her husband along with their son share their home with their two cats Wallace and Fiona and their dogs Archie and Beatrice.

After growing up in southern California, Natalie completed her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She then completed her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee, and subsequently moved to Portland to complete a one year internship in Emergency & Critical Care at DoveLewis Emergency & Specialty Animal Hospital. After practicing in ER for several years, she decided to explore other areas of veterinary medicine and has found a passion for general practice. When not in the clinic she is spending time with her partner and pets (a cat and two dogs), trail running, hiking, traveling, and reading. Natalie is thrilled to join the Wellhaven team at Milwaukie Animal Clinic!


Practice Manager
Miranda was born and raised in Southern California, where she started her animal-focused career working with reptiles and invertebrates. She entered the Veterinary field as a receptionist at a busy clinic in Santa Monica before moving to Oregon in 2018. She was trained as a Veterinary Assistant by Dr. Kralik at Happy Valley Vet Hospital, whom she then joined at Milwaukie Animal Clinic in 2021 as the Practice Manager. When she is not working, Miranda spends time with her dogs (Leia and Beesly,) her cat Yodel, and her geckos (Luna, Princess, Chaos, Lisa Frank, and Jake from State Farm.)
